Refund and Cancellation Policy

Kodex Bilişim Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi ("Company") applies this Refund and Cancellation Policy to digital services sold through Jobbyfier. This document is designed to clearly explain billing, cancellations, refund conditions, and dispute handling before and after purchase.
1. Scope and Contract Structure
This policy applies to consumer purchases made on the Jobbyfier website and related checkout pages.
Where campaign terms, promotional offers, or enterprise contracts include separate clauses, those explicit clauses may override this policy for the relevant purchase.
2. Digital Service Nature
Jobbyfier Premium is a digital access service. Service delivery is completed by enabling Premium access on your account after successful payment authorization.
Because the product is digital and access-based, refund eligibility is assessed using access status, activation status, usage level, legal obligations, and fraud checks.
3. Prices, Billing, and Renewal
The final amount, currency, and billing period are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
If your plan is recurring, renewal terms are shown during checkout and in your account where applicable.
- You are responsible for reviewing checkout details before confirming payment.
- Taxes and mandatory charges, if applicable, are reflected in the payment breakdown shown at checkout.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account area or by contacting support.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in your purchase terms, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Cancellation stops future renewals.
- Cancellation does not automatically create a prorated refund for already active periods, except where required by law or explicitly promised in writing.
5. Right to Withdraw and Mandatory Consumer Rights
Your mandatory rights under applicable consumer law remain reserved.
Where legally permitted, if you requested immediate digital performance and Premium access has started, withdrawal/refund rights may be limited in line with applicable law.
6. Refund Eligibility Criteria
Each request is reviewed individually. Approval is based on objective signals such as transaction integrity, technical delivery evidence, legal requirements, and account activity.
- Duplicate or incorrect charge.
- Verified technical non-delivery or failed activation.
- Refund obligations imposed by applicable law.
- Documented billing errors attributable to Company systems.
7. Cases That May Lead to Rejection
Refund requests may be rejected where the service has been materially used, where evidence is inconsistent, or where abuse indicators are detected.
- Normal service usage after successful activation.
- Claims caused by user-side connectivity, device, or configuration issues not attributable to Company systems.
- Suspicious or abusive behavior, including repeated high-frequency refund attempts.
- Requests conflicting with mandatory legal rules applicable to digital services in your jurisdiction.
8. How to Request a Refund
Send your request to info@qodex.com.tr. To speed up review, include your account email, transaction date, and reason for request.
The Company may ask for additional verification information to protect users and prevent fraud.
- Account email used during purchase.
- Approximate payment date/time and amount.
- Reason for refund request.
- Any payment receipt or transaction reference, if available.
9. Review and Settlement Timeline
Refund requests are reviewed within a reasonable period. We notify you by email once a decision is made.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where technically possible via the authorized payment infrastructure.
Settlement timing can vary based on bank/card network rules and payment processor windows.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you open a chargeback/dispute with your bank or card issuer, that transaction is processed under external dispute rules.
The same charge may not be eligible for simultaneous manual refund and chargeback handling. Contacting support first usually resolves issues faster.

We may update this policy for legal, operational, or product reasons. The latest version and effective date are always published on this page.
